GET THE HELL OUTTA HERE!!! Thats Andrea Tovars! Aka Miss Colombia from Choco(blackest region) in Colombia. ALL of the pictures in the OP is HER. In some pictures she does not look black but she IS of African descent. She isn't no DAMN cac when her OWN parents are of African descent! Maybe you need to check your eyes or remember what a "cac" looks like because tat does not look like one.

The bottom pic definitely has African features, lips, nose, skin..

Afro-Colombians like all Afro-Latinas are very admixed(more than AAs) and so of course they're going to look very light skinned. You need to see more Afro-Latino/as if you think she looks "European than a motherfukker."

I never seen a mestizo look like that. The first pick looks like a typical South American Mulatta. The top pic looks more black than the bottom more.
