6 months ago. I had a bald spot that was growing more and more apparent, so I decided to take the plunge.
I currently use an Andis T-liner. It usually keeps me bald for about a week. I can't use blades due to razor bumps.
When I was in grade school I tried to shave my head in protest of getting my hair cut by my mom (I wanted a fro REALLY bad). I used an old, rusty razor blade I found in the cabinet. I went for multiple strokes and I wasn't getting a close shave. Needless to say, it ate up my head.
I followed up the razor with shaving powder. Big mistake.
A few days later I started getting insane razor bumps. My scalp started to blister and peel. It looked like someone smeared oatmeal on my head.
Nobody at school said anything… except for the other Black guy in my class. I won't ever forget trying to not let him see the back of my head. Once he saw he just started CLOWNING, HARD. Like NON STOP! Dude roasted me for a straight 10 mins afterward. I had to laugh cuz he went in.
My favorite baldy has gotta be Khalid Muhammad. So round, so shiny, so righteous. I hope to have a perma-sheen like his one day.

Not bald but the half white in me gave me some hair that is just fukked after the 1 month period.... if it wasn't for not wanting the gay ass attention from coworkers I'd do it...shyt seems real low maintenance and if you're stacked it aint a thing

Personally, I don't fukk with that shiny look. I try to avoid it.
KINGSTL have oily scalps. I fukks with coconut oil to maintain a healthy dome and it don't give me dat sheen.
Im gonna try the coconut oil....
I dont use clippers tho...I use a Gillette fusion razor
So my Bevel came today, first time I used a single blade (other than the reverse side ones that most multi blades have). Bevel is good for my face, it's close and a clean shave. However, I really didn't like it on my dome. I last shaved on Tuesday and I had to go back my head with my multiblade razor to clean up the leftover hair.
Been bald going on 14 years. When I was 20 I knew I was going to be bald, so I wanted to see what I'd look like. My barber told me not to do it, cause my hairline wouldn't grow back the same. I should've believed him

I shave my shyt once in a blue. used to shave it a lot a couple years ago. I buzz my shyt with a zero and then pass the razor. Doesn't look bad on me.
