The justice department investigated and found that all the evidence supporter Darren Wilton's version of events. While at the same time hey found racism and targeted discrimination was rampant in Ferguson.

Tbh I've always kept my mouth shut on topics related to mike brown because it turned out that witnesses contradicted themselves at later dates and the objective evidence didn't support the hands up narrative.

That's all I'll say about that because people are way too emotionally invested in a set narrative that you can't really discuss that case rationally with a lot of people before they act like you're Satan.


I know wiki is a skeptical source but this is a pretty thorough article that highlights all the physical evidence and angles of the case. Evidence shows before brown was shot he was struggling with Wilson for his gun and that is when the first shot was fired.

They ran, with wilson in pursuit. Then Mike Brown turns around and at this point shots are fired at Mike Brown.

My thing is, if you're trying to steal a gun, at that point you're considered a threat in any way possible. Even if he turns around towards him and puts even one foot forward after seconds before trying to steal a gun, you're going to be treated as a threat. In the heat of the moment, given the circumstances, if you're shot

There is room to scrutinize police actions but someitmes I wonder if you guys even think there is ever a time someone deserves to get shot.

In this particular case, the cops were plenty polite and accomondating and waited with this dumb chick through her craziness for 6 hours over a traffic stop for not having plates. I'm finding it very hard to be skeptical given her behavior and honestly, to be blunt, care that she got shot. I only feel sorry for her kids
