I have no problem with the charge at all. I dont know how anybody could watch that video and have a problem with the charge.

At a certain point in a fight you know when its going too far and you have to stop yourself.

He was at that point and decided to stomp on his face. It cuts out but it appeares other students had to stop him.

He was going beyond just knocking him out. Kid was already out cold and he kept going. Thats attempted murder.

This is the point some of you in here are missing. In court, it will be argued that dude should have made the decision to back off. That's where the attempted murder creeps in. Don't take a simplistic view to this. And let's not forget a video of the incident which is out and going viral. A seizure...blood streaming from dude's out cold body? Gonna be hard to find impartial jurors and yet a jury will have to be summoned. A very very bad decision was made on this young man's part.

Do you even know what attempted murder means? A person doesnt have to sustain any injuries for the other person to be charged with attempted murder. Thats irrelevant.
