The kids face was caved in. He was drowning in blood, it was pouring out like a faucet g down his mouth and throat, AND his head and neck curved forward in an L shape pinched against a lunch table after the stomp... All of this happening while the kid is breaking out into a seizure.

He pulverized a weaker kid then stomped on the kids head for extra. All for a plastic visor. When the kid started seizing I thought he was dying, dude was over him repeatedly punching him on some mma shyt.

The charge to me is justified. Some of us have been in scraps when we know we have the upper hand and the other kid can't fight back so we stop. This punk didn't stop then did some extra shyt on top like a bytch.

That's an aggravated battery at worst, a best it should be a regular battery if anything. Attempted murder is rediculus and a blatant over charge. Hell when I went to high school that was a fukkin 10 day suspension and that's about it. And it makes a huge difference of maybe 10+ years.

Out here the difference is 2-5 with 50 percent good time and a chance for probation vs 6-30 at 85%.

It's fukked up but in a fight it isn't uncommon for people to completely stomp another cat out. Cut the fake outrage and save the drama for day time tv
