And? Stomping on someone's head, a person who wasn't even defending themselves in the first place, is absolutely worth 10 years.

Anyone who sneaks someone, beats them until they're leaking, and then chooses to stomp on their unconscious head...deserves a goddamn decade.
Very malicious too since he didn't expect him to fight.

Give him whatever the maximum is cause that kid is never going to change. If something that small set him off to the point where he damn near killed somebody he's never going to change especially being from Baltimore

I would have said the same thing but once he stomped on his head then my opinion swayed. He wanted as much damage as possible.

It was bad enough he didn't square up on him but the fact that he kept attacking the victim when he was defenceless was the final straw. Even the worldstar cats have a limit.

It's still an over charge. Chances are little breh is going to be okay after this

To put it in perspective, a person could shoot, stab, or beat somebody with a blunt object and not get hit with an attempted murder charge

I believe there should be a stiff punishment but let's not overreact because of a viral video

because the shyt happens daily and the perpetrators dont receive attempted murder charges. dude got lumped up, and it was overkill, but it's not deserving of basically turning the kid into a real criminal after he gets out of prison in his 30s

Who cares that it happens daily? Those people should be in prison too but this is pretty easily proven.

beating someone over a visor until they're leaking and then stomping on their head, while they're defenseless, is criminal shyt.

Pipe down.. you're gonna turn this into a dikk measuring contest of who's seen or been around the most violence and this thread ain't about that.

That shyt so old and over. "This ain't shyt, I seen a nikka beat to death with a sledge hammer, for raising his hand and answering a biology question in 10th grade"

You haven't seen me post anything pertaining to that in any response after that so miss me with that nonsense

Bruh, if a 17 year old sucker punched you, beat on your face like a drum and then stomped your head causing you to have a seizure I'm certain yall would be pushing for the murder charge.

Gotta know which battles to fight, this ain't one of them, lock his ass up.
