I'm not condoning the shyt, but I don't think the breh should get an attempted murder charge, nor do I think he will actually be fully charged with that. Aggravated assault and malicious wounding? Yes. Should he do time? Yes. Should he be charged as a felon? Probably. But attempted murder? I dont think so.

The video was hard to watch, especially since the guy wasn't fighting back, but I feel like I'm watching a guy beat somebody up, not trying to murder somebody.
