if it was my son...it doesn't matter if it was my kid or someone else's. They all should be prosecuted the same way. This wasn't an attempt to murder someone, this was a beating that went above and beyond. There's a charge for this and it's called aggravated battery

the kid was standing up, didn't seem like he was trying to run - so I'm assuming he was ready for the altercation

when you're in the heat of the moment in a fight you trying to KO the person. The stomp a the end was overkill, I agreed but I've seen way worse. I've seen white people choking each other out , which could have way more dramatic effects
