Irrelevant.... White dude was about 40 feet away and could've kept on pushing....... also, he approached the fight knowing he could best him because of his training...

Last and most importantly, dude was out and the white dude continued with the ground and pound......

It looked like the cac let up at just the right time.....ground and pound then recognize he's done FIGHTING/ATTACKING then fall back. Didn't even go for one more KILLSHOT

It sounded like the beaten kid was saying to other people that the beater had lost or was losing sh!t all the time.

Playing devil's advocate, what if the beaten kid had been mocking the beater for being broke the whole school year? What if he had hidden or stolen it to show how poor the kid was?

PLEASE don't get me wrong , the beating was vicious but I don't just think it was due to a damn visor.

The same argument could be made for cops who kill Black people in the line of duty, I'm pretty sure they don't wake up with the intent to kill Black people.

this is not attempted murder IMO - it's assualt at the very least

the kid was standing up, didn't seem like he was trying to run - so I'm assuming he was ready for the altercation

when you're in the heat of the moment in a fight you trying to KO the person. The stomp a the end was overkill, I agreed but I've seen way worse. I've seen white people choking each other out , which could have way more dramatic effects

this isn't even close to the vicious beating that other kid got. there wasn't near the number of uncontested punches thrown, no stomps to the head and the fight ended on its own. dude was able to walk away under his own power with his tail tucked.

now was the high school fight attempted murder? not sure. only way to answer that question is with another question...was there any indication the attacker was going to stop beating and stomping the helpless kids head had no one intervened?

how much longer could that beating and stomping have continued and not result in a life threatening injury?

you guys have never seen or heard of a person dying or becoming a vegetable from brain injuries? this kids seizure was his brain going into panic mode and shutting down everything non-essential. he definitely could have died had the beating continued.

it makes me angry that kids have this skewed value system. get mad about trayvon, mike brown and the endless others brutalized by the system but don't value your own?

his own teammate at that?? you'll go to war with them on the field and against an opponent, but turn around and beat them without any regard for their well being the very next day?

despicable indefensible behavior. not sure if attempted murder, but there was definitely intent to cause severe harm. severe punishment is in order. consequences and repercussions.
