That's unfortunate. I heard a news story similar to the link I'll post but it basically says that teenage brains are not mature enough to make rational decisions. This is another reason why I'm so empathetic. Couple that with a difficult upbringing and you have a problem waiting to happen. This kid has issues that go deeper than a stolen visor.
