feel a lil bad for the youngin handing out the beating, he obviously has anger issues, but also most likely underline metal issues that he didnt get help with then probably a shytty upbringing on top of it. I handed out similar beatings growing up, over "little shyt"...its not the visor it was a lot of shyt before that/ on top of it....any little thing that doesn't seem like a big deal can send you over the edge..

But some good people got a hold of me before it got worse.... no one got to this kid and now his life is pretty much fukked.

He's a kid by every rule of law. I hate seeing kids charged as adults. The severity of his crime should not dictate his punishable maturity level. 17. Can't vote, can't drink, can't smoke. In most places he can't make his own decisions with a parent. He is not an adult.

This is my whole thing in this situation.

He's not an adult, and I don't think it's fair whenever the justice system tries someone who is a juvenile is as an adult.

Not even close to attempted second degree murder. They stay trying to railroad black boys into the system. I honestly avoided watching the video because of all of the comments. But it was not as bad as I thought. Sans the blood (which happens often with a broken nose) and the seizure (which could happen to anyone when they take a blow to the head) it wasnt THAT brutal. If he has a decent lawyer, he wont see a day in jail because 2nd degree attempted murder is way over charging him. With that being said. I absolutely HATE seeing predatory behavior like this. The kid needs his ass severely beat...
