Admittedly I'm faded, but i have to reply, for what?what does my or our history have to do with sh!t in 2017? Knowing my history does what for my pockets or quality of life? Tell me cuz I want to know.

We as a collected group have spirituality that feeds White Supremacy. Also, we hardly follow our roots (I know we aren't a monolith btw). However, most of us are scared to venture out.Spiriituality and culture?
I think if we had a better understanding of ourselves, then we could plot better in my view. Original spiritual systems that we followed and learning about our people.

Take a Ancestry DNA test, your about yourself, read books on different parts of the African continent/disapora, and research the OG African religions and belief systems.
my point is as black men we may drop some science here and there but we have no connection to our culture where it would make a difference.
