There are legal forms of most popular drugs already: methamphetamine (Adderall and Vyvanse), heroin (Oxycontin and Percocets), cocaine (Ritalin and GHB).
Decriminalising drugs would just cause huge issues socially.
Most workplaces would just have to continue drug testing policies.
The only thing that matters is getting Black people out of prison and preventing sentencing disparities.
