He has never been accused of cheating, caught cheating, had men from his staff go to other teams and get caught cheating and be accused of cheating. Re-hire those other men and get caught cheating again. Its all cheating culture with Belichick.

It's honestly a toss up. Both have been able to win in different ways, and structure their teams according to personnel. Both have had success as front office decision makers. Both great tacticians. Both have superior control of their locker room and built an unbelievable winning culture where there was not one previously...

Beli was already a household name to football fans years before he even got the Browns job in '91, and WAY before he became the Pats HC. His run as the NYG DC was nothing short of magnificent. His tour as the Jets DC was damn good as well and it wasn't until Parcells hired him in a consulting role/ ass't HC that the Tuna-era Pats got to the SB (Al Groh was the DC).
Even if their HC tenures are even, Beli gets my vote because his record as an assistant crushes about 95% of assistant coaches in all 4 major leagues in North America if we wanna go back as far as say, 1984 (past 32 years).
