Bernie supporters, whether it be 2016, 2020, or both why did you support him, despite no blk agenda?

Because America is a business it needs people to contribute and it will never be any other continent. Racism, or whatever all plays a part of the system it creates ideas that bring in money, philanthropy.... Process is the same. You need the chaos, disfunction and hatred to move the needle it's how money is generated. Mark zuckenburg created Facebook in a dorm, Twitter or whatever it's all the same. Harsh conditions sometimes generate future success. The reason cacs don't wanna give us reparatiins is due to the fact us being broke gives other people ideas. Slavery movies,hood movies, gender wars between black people it all plays a part in keeping the machine going.
Western Europe is symbolic to cacs but they won't live there in large number. For them it's history and of course they'll support it and throw money to keep it going but the money machine is America and America needs to operate in a certain way.
I dont think it's that deep. Rich people and corps want to hoard their money, they also want to be the only one making money from anything that resembles an idea they, or someone in their corps idea. There is enough money amd tech is sufficient enough to provide basically a utopian lifestyle to all Americans. The only reason we don't is because rich people dont want to lose even a cent if it goes to poor people
Because aside from his record and the fact that his policies would have been the most beneficial to black people, a Bernie Sanders, universality type platform is the ONLY way we will ever get anything close to reparations. Cacs will lie down in the middle of the freeway before they support black people getting some kinda check they can't get.
But if you focus on economic freedom and equality for EVERYONE in exchange for specific policies on top of those GND, UBI type programs, you could even get rural people to get behind 'common good captalism' that nets them free college, healthcare, basic income, marijuana legalization and even fukking functional wifi in some places that still don't have it out in the country, which was a lesser talked about idea that Bernie was pushing for. Tacking on things like tax exemption, marijuana industry grants ect for FBA's would be the easiest way to gain some real footing to take that even further.
When the right goes all in they get Trump. When the left goes all in, they get the new deal and elect a 'progressive' president so many times they had to create term limits. And seeing how we were left out of the OG new deal, we should re-up on that and prioritize black folks in the process.
