Unicorn internet blk men will swear up and down that they like natural hair.
In reality it is much more of a mixed bag with bias still going to straightened hair on a woman. Blk men are just as susceptible to the whole "oh she got dat good hair" bullshyt as blk women are. Most blk women are trying to look attractive to their men. A good chunk of our men seem to prefer long straightened hair or curliest textures that aren't indigenous to most of W. African descent. Hence the weaves.
However, I believe as more blk women are going natural and blk men are getting used to it, many have been expressing appreciation as of late for natural hair.
But please don't get it twisted. I've known guys to clown a girl for "Ceelie" hair or "dat nappy shyt"! And growing up guys literally used to work each other over if ur gurl's hair was nappy and/or she looked like an African. Lol! Because in our race that seems to be an insult.
But please feel free to dismiss my experiences or ignore them b/c they don't sugarcoat the issue.

Alot of yall either dumb as fukk or don't know that many black people. Yall really think black women can't grow long hair natrually? 
My girl who is 100% black had hair down to her waist when it was straightend. She decided to go natrual about a year ago and cut all the permed hair off.
Her shyt look just like this only a lil longer now. A few of her girls asked her more than once how I felt about her going natural cause they don't believe her when she tells them I love it. I encouraged it.

I have nothing against weave so long as it looks good. I would advise women just to get what looks good so long as it's not c00nish. Black women whom are afraid of getting married because of their need not worry. I read a statistic earlier that said almost 90% of black women get married by age 50. This means it probably just takes black men longer to mature
