Spidey is way stronger and faster plus the spider sense but T'Challa has the experience and hand to hand expertise they'd probably play it with BP outsmarting him or something.
I think this Spider Man is probably too young to outlast a legit Black Panther.
Would be a good fight. They are about even until they really start going at it. Then BP has a tech advantage.

He's strong enough to punch a hole through people thats why he pulls his punches against enemies.
Spidey can lift 10 tons but you hardly see him use such force against foes. Pete ain't a killer.
Spidey is fast, powerful, and smart but BP is one of the best tactician/strategists in the Marvel universe and an excellent fighter. It would be an interesting fight to say the least. Probably be similar to Cap vs. Spidey where Cap can hold his own.
