Prime v prime as stated its Peter Parker. His unorthodox fighting style, strength, quickness, too much for T'Challa. Having said that, BP has beaten up Thanos so there's that

T'Challa one of the top 3 smartest characters in Marvel isn't he? To my knowledge he's only surpassed by Reed Richards and Dr. Doom. Maybe the best tactician out of the three of them too.

Dude would find a way to deal with Spidey's strength and speed, especially a younger one.

The only thing BP could use against Spidey that will even phase him are his energy daggers and Spidey can easily dodge those.


BP's martial art skills are negated by the fact that Spidey is much more mobile and his punches can clean cut off people's heads

Spidey is way stronger and faster plus the spider sense but T'Challa has the experience and hand to hand expertise they'd probably play it with BP outsmarting him or something.

Martial art skills won't matter when your opponent easily dodges bullets midair and can lifts cars without breaking a sweat
