Im saying her company was really just a technology feature not really a platform. It prolly made more sense for her to sale because someone would have eventually made their own version of her solution
You already know. In this INC article, it says she worked with Georgia Tech students on designing it as well so she tapped direct into that coding talent pool quicker than anyone else. She also worked for Google and then went to Atlanta to build it. She's a real one :blessed:

G tech students was just cheap labor lol. The issue with start ups is finding competent talent. Offshoring to india them dudes more than likely will suck. Using someone stateside you will either have to pay em good or promise them some equity when you sell so they are really working towards that cash out.

Its best to network and find someone who can make up for your weaknesses and have them be a co founder or something.

Like if you arent technical, network and find a developer and you can make them your CTO or if they came up with idea with you they can be a co founder. You can then focus on the sales side or business side and they can focus on the tech side.

This chick while she worked for google, i believe she had a sales/non technical background. I could be wrong though as i hadnt really checked for her outside of an event i went to that she was at.
