For anyone late to the news, this sums up the entire thread.

"Cavs fans" went from robbing Boston blind to we need you to add Tatum or Brown to the deal (even though same "Cavs fans" have repeatedly said neither of these guys gonna be good) to now saying Boston lied about ITs injury.

Take your 2nd round pick as compensation and move along. You will be rebuilding with Crowder, Nets 18 pick and Zizic after next year. Then we will see how many of these people are really "Cavs fans". :mjlol:

The Celtics overpayed because of isaiah's injury... I'm in the minority on thinking Brooklyn will be better than expected this year but these Brooklyn picks are the most talked about assets in the league

Cleveland fans cry it's not fair like it's boston's fault that they have a terrible owners, they couldn't repair the Kyrie relationship and they gave out ridiculous contracts to Thompson, jr, shump, korver etc.

Of course Cleveland wants another asset because they need them to attach to those horrible contracts to get them off the books

But even considering Isaiah missing time, the Boston offer is still the best offer by far. Crowder's contract, the Brooklyn pick, and zizic who could potentially be a starter at some point but at the very least a rotational player on a cheap contract... cleveland has his rights for at least 5 years

They could easily flip crowder next season, his contract makes him a valuable asset

The Celtics before this trade were more invested in Isaiah's health than anybody planet. They'll know every detail of his health along with an approximate time table of when he will be able to play. They HAVE to share that info, it's illegal not to. If Kyrie didn't surprisingly become available, the Celtics would have been fine with keeping IT. If they were concerned about Isaiah's health long term, they would have drafted fultz.

only reason i wanted IT is to rest Rose for the play offs..

dont care for a 5'9 guy in the offs. specially against a team who's backup PG is 6'7 or more
