so if your cleveland, and the pelicans are struggling around the trade deadline would you OFFER the pelicans kevin love, the brooklyn pick and some more picks for anthony davis?

I know the pelicans would have to agree, but davis has 4 years left on his contract and i think him coming could convince lebron to stay in cleveland a few more years to retool and try to chase that title until lebron retires.

On the low.. Rose and his team may have made the right move..

The road to the finals will go through.. Boston.. Possibly wizards and obviously golden state

'if' ITs offensive game struggles again in the play-offs.. And his defensive liability is magnified in the finals atmosphere.. Derrick will get his opportunity to step up ☝️

And we know how rose likes nothing more then those big game moments x head to head match ups with the other top pgs in the league.. #redemption

Pelicans arent trading Davis for that.

Word at the bolded.

But be real...the offer the Knicks would have had to make to be competitive with this Celtics offer would have sent the Knicks intot he stone age AGAIN with how we would have had to gut the team.

acutally i think if kd didn't hit that shot in game 3 over lebron the series would of gone 7. cavs won game 4 and the pressure would of been on golden state in game 5

You're assuming that if Durant misses that shot, that GS doesn't get the rebound and then they don't score on the next possession and then they still lose Game 4 even the motivation/pressure would be completely different for both teams and then they lose Game 6 too?

That's a hell of a lot to assume from one shot.

if crowder can guard KD that will be a big benefit for lebron especially late in games against GS. you can hide him on either green or iggy and have crowder "guard" durant.

still cleveland can't beat GS or match the death lineup

love/green
crowder/ durant
lebron/ iggy
smith/ klay
thomas/ steph

crowder gives them some depth behind lebron maybe they can give him some more rest

TT/ Antic
Love/????
Lebron/ Crowder
Smith/Wade (if he get's bought out)
Thomas/ D gawd

Yeah, the current lineup matches terribly with Golden State.

It's incredible to think of how many more moves the Cavs could have left though. IT, Shump, Love, and maybe that draft pick all gotta be on the block right now.

Could those three players and the draft pick combine to land Bledsoe, Carmelo, Demarcus?

Bledsoe/DRose
JR/Korver
Lebron/Crowder/Osman
Carmelo/TT/Frye
Demarcus/Tavares/Antic

That starting lineup has all sorts of ways to score on the Warriors while being better defensively than this year's squad too.

And that bench is so much better than last year's it's ridiculous.

* DRose can run an offense, unlike anyone they had last year.

* Crowder is the 3-and-D forward that they've been missing three years running now, the kind of guy who can actually guard players like Durant while actually hitting his threes.

* Osman just might give them a second 3-and-D forward to shore up the 2nd-unit defense that much more and be a great liability against a wing injury

* TT can be a high-energy monster off the bench instead of running out of steam late season like he did this year.

* Antic and Tavares give the Cavs two chances to have a real big man off the bench again. If neither works out, then you can just move TT down there anyway.

I'd say that lineup can actually give the Warriors real trouble.
