I was mainly referring to her point about Nazi's, Bolsheviks, and the lists go on. They weren't the majority but the power they wielded changed not only their countries but the entire world. Islamic extremism has the same effect and it is on a world/mass scale. Across the world we are seeing the negative effects of Islamic extremism or whatever we want to call it. To deny that is just silly.

I frankly doubt there are 300 million "extremists".
