How breh didn't see ALL those emails? People been telling him for years they been paying through paypal and not getting their stuff, and he just now decides to look at the emails?
At best he was ignorant to the way his site was set up and had no clue, and was negligent in staying on top of his business (The emails).
At worst: If hes being sincere and had no knowledge and someone close to him was trying to skim that money, or he was aware and got busted.
