It appears his website is compromised by phishing, but the problem is why wouldn't the hacker divert to an account that allowed them to withdraw the funds.

He obviously was ignoring the PayPal emails until they shut his shytt down when he went to the bank. That old ass 2001 bigcommerce website was asking to be hacked.
