I bring beef to a closure, know something?
From Coxsackie to Folsom, I'm loathsome

I scream out fukk the world then I throw something
nikkas scheming hard, but fukk it, it's the God
I leave bullets lodged, leave you leaning on your broad
The odd pump leave you fukked up in your car

Slumped, Kennedy-style with your memory out
What the fukk y'all want?

Daddi-o with the calico
Let the gatty blow leave you bleeding on your patio

:laff:

They said he got bodied :pachaha::bryan:
 I’ll do you one better, Ja bodied both them nikkas.

First.. Blackout?? You BUGGIN.
Money Cash Hoes is a hook.. Legendary hook but still a hook and Jay killed that
I'd call the other 2 ties or might give him Murdergram but you are saying he ate him on every song and that's wild :hubie:
Nah you BUGGIN. If you call Murdergram a tie you need to remove yourself from the convo. X killed that shyt. There's no "I might give him..." He got that without question.

Jay got bars but nah, DMX bodied It's Murda. If Jay kept on like you posted he might have got one, but the second half his verse was on some:

Boss man spy on you
Conspire you
Me die before you?
You liar, you

That shyt was weak. DMX came with it the whole verse. And when he spit that murda shyt its believable. Jay is better at the hustler rhymes.

They got my back against the building
I'm the villian that's creeping around corners
Like shorty you see them nikkas creeping around, warn us
We might be coming through, gunning through, running through
So be careful what you do
Or the slugs might come to you
As long as I can remember, the streets have kept me safe
And ever since that time in December, the heat's been in my waist
I need an extra set of eyes so I keep my dogs with me
Doctor says let them die said his fukking dog bit me
I don't know whats wrong with me
But it seems like since you heard of us
Y'all nikkas turning into murderers
Couldn't fukk with a third of us
Still against me
And wanting to see me in the box
Grilling me all crazy when you see me and the L.O.X
Leave you Red like Foxx
Ain't nothing funny about that
I see you in a coma, ain't coming up out that
You hold on for too long and they ain't pulling the plug for you
I'll run up in the joint myself and bust another slug on you
It's murda

Schooling people takes forever; don't bother
dam, people really slept on busta rhymes' anarchy album? go back and listen to that shyt, busta actually brought in some decent melodies on that album, genesis too...busta went on a fukking tear late 90s to early 00s but rap beef sells records so people didn't pay attention to his album cut discography i guess

Simply writing Jay’s bars don’t even do it justice. That ‘you, liar, you’ was witty as fukk the way he delivered it . That’s why Jay is jay and why, as talented as X was, he was not jay z. Jay has a certain level of wit that set him apart from more traditional street cats like X, Kiss, Styles, Meth, etc. He’s different.

And it’s a sad day when YouTube comments are a more reliable barometer of the culture than this site. Yall nggas have such against the grain takes with anything Jay related that I can’t take it seriously That verse has ALWAYS been iconic irl and the YouTube comments reflect. 90% of thr comments is true fans of hip hop reveling in that verse and people saying he got off.

Yet you come here it’s ’nah, shyt was weak’. Weirdo shyt

That you, liar you line is flames.... the delivery of it is incredible. People do have an unhealthy hatred for Jay. Its fairly recent too.

I noticed after he got the 2 B's

Don't even remember this track…dont front like y'all do

nah, you buggin. why we die and the heist (ft. rae and ghost) were both on clue mixtapes.

i remember cause the first time i heard the heist i thought "busta sounds like he's trying to talk criminology... but he really just spent half his verse coming up with different ways to to describe jewelry :gucci: ."

Jay definitely got X on It’s Murda. The cool witty cockiness combined with the bars. It’s the only verse on there I’ll listen to. And he got him on Blackout. But X got Jay on It’s Time to Build and Murdergram

100%.

jay was rapping on it's murda like "that nikka ain't finna take my head off again."
