Yeah... most people put IWW no better than a 8. It was a really good album despite having literally the worst line EVER spit in a rap, "nacho cheese I'm Castro". Also many a naS stan admit that IWW is his best effort.

The worst Pac album (excluding that Eminem shyt) is as good if not better than the best naS shyt. I just cant get down with the incoherent naS raps
