Half of the stuff Chuck says is based off his emotions.

This isn't all about the rioting. We are not too unruly. The cops aren't the only thing stopping the 'hood from being the Wild West.

Bet if Barkley catches a rape charge no grand jury will save his ass. Do you understand how rare it is for a prosecutor NOT to indict someone. This issue isn't purely about a white cop shooting a black kid, it is about about favoritism that the system shows for the security apparatus.

Do you understand that how rare it is for conflicting evidence to be shown to a grand jury and how rare it is to cross-examine the sh*t out of someone during a grand jury trial. Yeah I agree that rioting and looting were VERY stupid and the looters should be all arrested but I get the outrage from Ferguson and people in general. The proceutor show blanted favoritism and not a damn thing anyone in Ferguson can do about it. Especially when the vast majority of middle-class to working class blacks and Latinos don't get a prosecutor to give them the benefit of the doubt during an indictment trial. You do realize that if you get indicted, it stays on your record, even if you were found innocent or the indictment is thrown out.

but doesn't that tell you we need more black prosecutors and more blacks lobbying to get off?
more education and getting more wealth seems like the quickest patch to me...
