Well that's the thing, the bank manager was a black woman. Mix of tellers. They had been robbed a few months earlier (by a cac at that).

So I get it. Wasn't tripping after I spoke with the manager.

I just didn't know it was a thing where waiting outside of a bank can be seen as by the employees.

True Story:

This is a thing and you can be arrested/have the cops pullup on you for this.

Few years ago, I called myself waiting in the parking lot 30 minutes before the bank opened and the cops pulled up on me. Apparently this is protocol. Cops explained it to me and let me off. Lotta people don't know this. Sure as hell didn't. Bank robberies/casing the bank is the reason.

Shyt is foul but as a black man, I've never sat outside a bank and waited for it to open.. I can see why employees thought something was off.. If he really feels some kind of way, he should take his money out and bank elsewhere.. It sucks but I think as black men in America, we should always be ready to get accused of something and try not to put ourselves in certain situations.. Like the cop said in the video, people casing said bank to rob it or employees coming in for work wondering what a suspicious car is doing in the parking lot before the bank is open.

If you worked at a bank then you know many businesses do their cash deposits as soon as business opens. Using the deposit box isn’t always an option because some businesses will require management to obtain a deposit slip, which requires you to interact with an employee. If that business opens at 7am or 8am, they have to time when to stop working and go to the bank. You may get there a few minutes before the bank opens. This isn’t anything out of the ordinary.

Umm maybe that’s the banks in your state but we do not require you to visit the branch to get a deposit slip from management. And I’d be shocked if any bank requires this for a business to do a cash deposit. It’s 2026

I mean the deposit receipt from the bank not just the slip you can fill out to make a deposit. For my last cash business, I made sure my staff brought me a deposit receipt from the teller

I used one of them spots one time recently and that shyt was depression in business form faded wall color, a design that hasn't been changed since the 70s, workers who clearly didn't want to be there never again
