Yeah. that's all I saw. I saw a student who was misbehaving like some high school students when a substitute teacher is present. The behavior is totally unacceptable and should be dealt with....
and why the fukk would she have a GUN for?? is that the type of environment you want students to be in? One where teachers carry GUNS? This is such an extreme example that I can't take your post seriously. If she had a gun, she could've shot ANYONE else who had nothing to do with that. I guess that would be great right?

Some of you are enablers and apologists to an absurd degree. smh...This is the woman's fault. She is unqualified and demands no respect.
I am not going to call her a teacher cause she isn't teaching anything whatsoever. She is too lackadaisical to control the situation. She wants the security guard to do it. But she isn't even responsible enough to get the security guard. She wants someone else to do the job of fetching security, so security can then do her job of controlling the classroom.
The kids are not even really fighting they are playing and goofing around cause the woman might as well not be there.
Simply saying you are a teacher might work on 5th graders, but when you are dealing with 16, 17, 18 year olds they can tell whether you deserve to be listened to or not.
I don't want to keep coming down on her, but really she needs to find another profession. There are only about 6 kids there and she can't keep their focus or respect, that is a lack of capability on her part.
I know ppl want to focus on the teens...
but if you are an adult of any sort, especially an educator, and your wards are comfortable cursing and throwing m&m's at you... then you might want to take a look in the mirror.

No one should have to go to work to worry about getting their ass kicked unless you're a boxer, police officer, military, where physical confrontation comes with the terroritory. fukk it, I'm going to say it cause all this p*ssyfooting around and pretzel logic excuses for what we see in the video is nauseating to be quite honest. I've gone to "ghetto schools" in elementary school, to normal middle class schools in middle school, to attending a pretty high end public school in wisconsin for high school. There is a vast difference in behavior of "bad behaving kids" from each one. The severity differs. IN highschool, even with subs, the worst thing that happen in class were kids being loud and talking to each other over the teacher trying to teach. In elementary school I saw a teacher get their head busted open after a kid threw a globe at his head and the metal base busted open his eye and blood splattered everywhere. Oh yeah and pretty much fight every week if not multiple times a week, while this did not exist at my other schools. Fights would break out but it wasn't fukking anarchy level shyt that you see at some of these schools
The thing is, its not a race issue as far as the cause but unfortunately it does CORRELATE along racial lines unfortunately. The main problem is as someone else said, these fukking kids parents aren't raising them. As someone said too many single parent homes living in poverty where the parent is working all the time that they can't raise their kid or guide them properly or just having parents who aren't shyt to begin with. Then this burden of issues the kid carries is put off on teachers who MAIN JOB is to teach, not raise children to not be anti-social. That is a parent's job. Its a fukking school, not a correctional facility or half-way house. This shyt should not be normal.
School is for teaching kids and educating them. Yes there is an expectation that given kids are there for 40 hours a week, teachers have some responsibility for the kids but at the end of the day you have to be realistic about expectations of teachers. Its bad enough being a parent of one bad ass kid but a parent at least understand they're the parent and there is a onus of responsibility placed on them for that. Then the parenting is supposed to take care of how the child MORE TIMES THAN NOT acts at school (some kids are hardheaded and never learn no matter what). However, a teacher, or in this case, this teacher who look elderly is having to deal with 6 bad ass kids who are not just being loud and obnoxious but acting like they're about to kick her ass. This little nikka is a 6 foot looking dude talking about he want to beat her ass and this shyt is normal to some of you dudes
?I bet you if she goes to another school district that doesn't have these knuckleheads in them, her "lack of commanding respect" will no longer be an issue at least not to this degree.

I'm not even saying its because of race as its simply a symptom of other issues in the black community that are widely known. These dudes are are fukk pricks too and need to be in jail. However, that doesn't mean as a counter balance to need to excuse what is happening in this video, which this thread is about.
I said nothing about this behavior being the "norm" for black students. However, it is disingenuous at best to sit here and pretend as though classroom behavior is not a major problem. All it takes is one student who decides they don't feel like doing shyt but cause chaos to ruin the environment and impede on the education of the students who WANT to be there. It is quite easy to say "well just deal with those students." What you're not taking into account is that some of these students don't give a flying fukk about being "dealt with." They have been dealt with for years and it hasn't done squat. In many schools across the country you can't even kick out a student who is extremely disruptive, much less suspend them. Administration will send them right back into the class. What power does the teacher have in that situation?
You have parents who come to the school ready to fight teachers instead of working to curb their kids' demonic ass behavior. Far too often these same kids end up in dead end jobs (at best) to drug addicts, inmates, or in the ground. I've seen it.
So pardon me if I do think it is that serious.
