The problems with a lot of black dominated countries is that there is no real cooperation.

Black people only care to unite as a defensive means against other nations or people. But once those oppositions are gone, people go right back to hating and stunting on each other rather than building together.
Of course . Nations do bad because of hating and stunting . This is something you should present to the UN. Would save a lot of lives.

TBH this is the same everywhere. Euro populations/kingdoms/countries have been killing/pillaging/raping each other for centuries and only started seriously thinking about working together post WW2, precisely (finally) understanding that they were stronger together and that you needed to unite to even somewhat exist between the US and USSR. But you STILL have deep mistrust and forms of hate, only thing is that once countries get more developped you it manifests less. If somehow you transposed the cultural/political divided country that is Belgium in a poorer state, you would've had an ugly conflict because the "reasons" behind are the same : cultural differences with economic domination of one group by the other. And cooperation is getting lower and lower between both segments. The difference is that life is still very good so not much to gain by having an all-out conflict.

The fact there is no African version of Iran,Pakistan,Turkey,China,South Korea,Japan. A powerful regional powerhouse. It is sick to me the most powerful militaries in Africa are non black. :francis: Algeria and Egypt and South Africa which is still lead by cacs behind the scenes. If there was more African regional powers we would not be messed with. This is disturbing. :mjcry:

Whooaaa, hold the fukk up. Angola has one of GOAT militaries in SSA. It certainly was instrumental for a lot of liberation fights outside of the country. Our Air Force is :ohlawd:.

Let's not get carried away by defeatist views about Africa as a continent. 56 countries, there's a lot of shyt happening that people don't know about.

I honestly don't think people understand what success in terms of countries entails. The fact that people are mentioning Caribbean countries that are still subject to the British crown and are heavily dependent on tourism and a tiny landlocked African country that's heavily dependent on South Africa, just shows the quality of education some people had. None of these countries can even make toothbrush and they can't defend themselves against the smallest external aggression. So how are they a success story?

You have to at least have a say among committee of nations and be powerful enough to defend yourself, apart from having a functioning country, to be labelled a success story. And no black country is even close to that.
