I've never expereinced the cheating side myself, but I am pretty emotionally abusivive at timkes cuz I wanna be right all the time and I'm very critical of others. As for my first heartbreak which was disfuntional much like yours is, it took me half a decade to get over it. And I never have completely gotten over it. I always thought the worse part was the pain of the heartbreak, but it really is the pain of wondering of if it was you or them or to be put in a situation where they have moved on happily without you while your still in the abyss partying to fill a void. At least you know who messed up. I say stay in the gym breh, eat healthy, try to get involved in more square things you enjoy.
