In colombia i'd blend in also (sizeable afro-colombian population believe it or not, just look at the colombian national soccer team), but i do know both places have super goons , if i go to colombia I'm going with my colombian patna who lived in bogota growing up. mexico might be cheap for the average man but I'm to paranoid about the cartel, extortion and bribery that goes on out there (not like the other places i mentioned don't). my friend had to give a cop $100 dollars last time he came from rosarito just so they wouldn't fukk with him. Tourism has taken a big hit in mexico, altough I've heard the resort area in cancun is still poppin though.

if i want to go somewhere and live like a KING and still be relatively safe with good drugs, women and fun. I'd go to costa rica, ecuador, panama, brazil or Colombia
