I just don't really know what to do about Chicago breh, the cacs are not going to invest in the Chicago communities. People always say "it's about the economics"--which is true but the cacs ain't giving them any money. Us killing each other is what they want. They see it as a problem taking care of itself.

I think that's a true statement but the problem with it is the big homies that's around now don't get the same respect they use to. Dudes would rather do 25-life as opposed to loosing a fair fade. We have to look at every case different, if what @Astroslik is saying is true about the adult victim being a shooter himself then his killers lost all rationale and was gonna kill him and whoever was with him. You have so many killings and then the revenge killings makes it worse.

I lived in LA during the 90s when gangbanging was at all time high. You had some some drive-by shootings but dudes who weren't in the game didn't get targeted, women, and especially children were off limits as well. Present day Chicago has strict guns laws and where I'm at now in Texas its common to see men of every race carrying concealed everywhere they go.

Even though other cites across America have way higher violence than Chicago it's never mentioned. There are still a lot rich, wealthy, and upper-class whites who live in the city and I believe the hope is for blacks to continue to kill each other there so they can be exiled from it.
