He needs the governor permission and illinois governor Bruce Rauner already said the national guard would be a bad idea, because it is.

He cant just send the national guard when and where he wants to. Illinois would just counter with their own national guard since he's fukking with states rights

I'm from secor I didn't move to co op until I was 11/12 and even then I was poor in comparision to niccas around me so I had to hustle to maintain , no one said I was proud nicca it's just a documentation of my life

secor to me isn't bad, i got friends that grew up in secor.

I use to have a store in dyre ave back in the day.

i got ppls and family all over the bx, i use to be a very wild dude.

you know what its like to be poor in nyc, but you have no clue what its like to be poor in the midwest.

its a night and day difference, the level of violence out here is on another level.

The main point is that once you get your revenge his fam and gang are coming to kill you. Once you get smoked your family is going to go kill the people that killed you. The cycle continues.
