The second part is definitely true. East Asian women are seen as more feminine. The best thing about them is their faces. They're not as submissive as whites say though. About that first part I'm not sure. There's more Asian women worldwide (around 2 B) than there are white people male and female from N. America and Europe combined so Asian women are not dating out in numbers like you think. You'll see it more often but the real question is why white men are going after Asian women instead of their own since the white population is actually in decline...
