My original goal was to get NFL linebacker jacked, but I've ultimately accepted that I'll never be able to eat enough to bulk up to that level :yeshrug:

Then I saw short distance (100m-400m) sprinters :gladbron: They're the perfect combo of being shredded/jacked while still being able to look regular in clothes

Even Kim Collins (St Kitts sprinter, 9.91 100m) says he has never lifted weights and looks ill:gladbron:

Is there some sort of 3 day split track workout plan available?:patrice:

I feel like they don't have to, but they do because it's a more efficient way of building muscle.

I'm fairly sure they could go Herschel with it and do all types of resistance training not involving weights, but it seems easier just to pump iron.

When you have little to no damn body fat lifting weights isn't even important like that. Their regiment gets them right.

There's this book a read called pushing yourself to power and there was an excerpt from Hershel walker saying he didn't lift weights so it's possible

Hershell Walker's training routine is like that old school game "Telephone." The more it's repeated the more comically absurd it gets.

Current excerpts will have you believe he's a live action One Punch Man. :mjlol::martin:

Yes...

I remember seeing Justin gatlin's routine years ago and he had a decent leg workout and was squatting 315 for reps.
