Polygamy was an Old Testament phenomenon. It was already out of fashion and even looked down upon by the New Testament days. The Bible is not necessarily explicit in its banning but in general, it's not highly looked upon.

...and that’s the same script they tried to run on Jesus.

Matthew 19:7-12, Taadow ‘Hood Interlinear Translation:

Them: “B-b-but Moses said we could...”:myman:

Jesus: :comeon: “Moses just let y’all do a lot of stuff, because y’all niccas is hard-headed...but you know that ain’t
the way it was done from Jump Street. Knock it off.”

Them: :francis: “Well shoot - if it’s like that, it don’t make sense to get married.”
Jesus: “Maybe it don’t... :sas2: you see I ain’t married...”

Only Paul forbids it and you can argue he did that for cultural reasons. Jesus did imply that a woman who had 7 husbands in succession actually only had one though. Plus in the requirements for deacons in the New Testament - one husband to one wife. So monogamy in the New Testament is strongly implied. But not ordered as far as I see.
The bible mentioning g that several women visited him when he was crucified is telling.

Even his apostles who were supposed to be ride or die weren't there.

Jesus was crucified in public; so there wasn’t like there were “several women visiting” him like he was quartered somewhere.

Furthermore, we know some of the Apostles were there because The Gospels are their eyewitness accounts.
And Jesus gives instructions to John while he’s on the stake.

And those women were His family and friends too
