Draymond Green is the first player ever to drop a triple double without 10 points :wow:

Bunch of thoughts.

Great player would impact any team not just warriors

Wish barkley would work with dray or give some pointers

He is irreplaceable. Warriors would rather lose Durant.

Its sad because so many teams passed on Dray.
the thing is nobody this year not one person said it was draymond that had to take a step back when durant came on. this nikka draymond sacraficed his scoring big time for kd

He went out there and played 38 minutes and made sure to get those boards/assist totals. He kept playing in a game when it wasn't close. The Grizz didn't bring it back until pretty late and even then it never got under 10 and yet this was out there to get those stats the night before a back to back.

Draymond played 38 minutes because Zaza and David West didnt play. In comparison Marc Gasol played for 36 minutes.

Draymond averages 8 rebounds and 7 assists per game.

He had 7 or 8 steals going into the 4th quarter. If his goal was to chase a triple double why wouldnt he just gun for the 6 points?

shyts crazy...

Kawhi Leonard would never get 10 steals in a game :ohhh:

Then again...no nba player is brave enough to dribble the ball around Kawhi Leonard 10 times in a game to give him that opportunity...and no nba team is brave enough to run any type of offense anywhere near him when he's on the floor so...:blessedspur:

He fished hard for that triple double. Same guy that said: “Nah, I don’t care (about triple-doubles) at all. It’s not really a focus of mine,” he said. “Trust me, if I cared, I’d have a lot more than — what do I have, one this year? Two? I’d have a lot more than that if I cared. It really doesn’t matter to me. As long as we win, we have a great team. It’s not about chasing stats.” This was after playing against the Thunder. Green's a bytch.

Act like he wasn't chasing stats because he didn't get points. :mjlol:
Did you even watch the game? How was he chasing steals? I don't think he got one steal from jumping a passing lane.

How many points did he have. cause i would have been fishing HARD for those 10 points.
He had 4 overall and I believe he had 4 going into the 4th quarter as well, where he pretty much was like 2 steals away from completing it. So my best guess would be that he was completely unaware of exactly where his progress was at or if he was close at all

This man was robbed for of DPOY in 2015 & 2016, and he's about to get robbed this year.

Just the impact he's had alone on KD's game should gift him the award this season but it'll go to someone "less controversial" like Gobert.
I think he'll get it this year bro. Games like these, and those performances earlier on in the season where he was making game-saving defensive plays in the clutch, only add to his DPOY narrative. Unless the talk around Gobert's defense eclipse that, I think Draymond will have it in the bag by March.
