First and foremost...Paul Pierce aint no "legend" ....some of yall gettin carried away with this. Sure he may be a Celtics "legend" but not with the likes of the greatest of the NBA greats irrespective of team.

Second, I don't see how people can shyt on Draymond. He's a 3rd/4th option by playing on arguably the most dominant team in NBA history. On any other team he'd probably be the 1st or a strong 2nd option. What I give him the most credit for tho is that he is ultra competitive and it shows in his game.

Third, it's true that we don't know what Pierce said to him to evoke that reaction, but Draymond has been known to be a dirty player and shyt talker...something tells me he instigated this. But truth be told...there is no "farewell tour" for Pierce...lol...he's right about that. That's only done gor the greatest of the great greats like Lebron, Kobe, Jordan etc. Anything short of that and people barely notice when you walk away.

Only made 2nd team All NBA once in his career with 3 All NBA 3rd team selections.

He was good scorer that didn't need to use athleticism to get buckets but he was never considered an elite player.

Besides the 26k and the ring with the Big 3, he doesn't have a legend's resume.
