Welcome to another edition of E&C's Pod of Awesomeness.
This week's guest is Christian's get, and a man who, after many successful years in the business, has finally gotten the chance to display his talents within the WWE, The Phenomenal One, AJ Styles! AJ took the guys through his career before WWE, from TNA to New Japan, before touching on what it was like to debut at the 2016 Royal Rumble.
He also talked wanting to face Shinsuke Nakamura at a future WrestleMania and what it was like to work with Shane McMahon at WrestleMania 33.
Then, Tommy (TommyTommy) dropped by for a more serious segment, and E&C answered some of your Twitter questions.

This week E&C were joined by the HOT Kenny Omega from New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW)! Kenny got into how he tore everything down and started from scratch in Japan. That new beginning leading him to hunt down an opportunity that would allow him freedom to create the overall scope in his matches.
The guys also compared notes on each other’s attention to detail within their matches, all the way down to thinking through exactly how long they would be affected by repeated kicks to the leg? And most importantly, they let us know the importance of having a good dance partner in the ring.
Of course they couldn’t wrap the week without a little Mayweather vs. McGregor!

I say it every week, and I always mean it, but, man, this week's show is a big one.
E&C opened things up by reflecting on everything that's gone on in Houston, while wishing the city and its residents the best. Next, the guys broke down this week's Roman Reigns-John Cena promo, explaining its significance and sharing some of their own promo-cutting experiences, before pivoting and giving their thoughts on the SexyStar incident.
Then, it was time for the return of everyone's favorite Indy wrestler...TOMMAY! E&C caught up with him for a few, talking baseball batting helmets, the Montreal Expos, and what he's doing to try and help the people of Houston.
And FINALLY, last but certainly not least, we had the USOS join the Pod of Awesomeness. Jimmy and Jay told stories about growing up in one of the world's most prominent wrestling families, how they began wearing face paint, and the transition from babyface to heel tag team. It was a great time catching up with those guys! #DayOneIsh
