Truth and logic
Lol, now is it that blacks shouldn't celebrate christmas because we're black or because the bible says so?

You kind of hit two different arguments within one response. I don't celebrate Christmas but I don't knock those who do, lol why we always look down on our own and tell them what they should be doing? we all struggling.

Because I would like to get out of this captivity. Therefore I will tell black people what we need to be doing in order for that to happen.

You can keep that "free for all" and lawless mentality if you want. But when it comes down to it, we will either learn the easy way or the hard way.

Right now we are learning the hard way which is why we are being killed without mercy, seen as a joke, have no unity between us, etc, etc, etc

Learn it the easy way, or learn it the hard way. There are rules to follow.

LEARN NOT THE WAY OF THE HEATHEN...

For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.

They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.

Easy to pickup on the surface talking points he's made the last 20 years :russell:

Meanwhile

He got a city permit from the District of Columbia to reserve the Capitol steps for he and his guests for roughly 6 hours

His guests (or tourists) from across the nation and around the world stayed in hotels (who owns them :russell: ??)

What about those retail stores, movie theatres (closest Magic Johnson theatre is in Largo MD) and restaurants ( who owns them :russell: ) ?

He's controlled opposition who gives the same speech with the same talking points. It's dope to listen to and it's great to see the kind of shape he's in but nah.. He's another false prophet

controlled opposition who is telling you to hurt the pockets of their people's oppressors? :mjlol:

you're entitled to our opinion though breh. everything ain't for everybody. :yeshrug:

people dont realize how easy an economic boycott is. you dont have to protest, march, vote, or be violent. you just have to NOT spend the little money you do have on your oppressor. It's actually crazy that so many have to be CONVINCED to save their money and use it wisely :dahell:

some of us are truly brainwashed :dahell:

Alotta simple ass nikkas in this thread :snoop:

If not buying a bunch of stupid shyt which in turn feeds the same machine that you claim is "oppressing" you is an "unrealistic" request and too much to ask...than i guess all this police violence and systematic racism that you claim is so rife and such a hinderance to our collective progress is not really not all that big of a deal, where you can't even make a slight alteration to your life which entails something as simple as not putting money in the pockets of the same crackas that you claim hate you for things that you don't even need. :stopitslime:

You only chose to read that line?

He's clearly controlled opposition and i stated multiple examples of how with his latest endeavor (million Men again last weekend )

Sucks he's trolling the "black" community with a frivolous challenge he knows they aren't mentally, psychologically, or financially ready to take on

But I digress :russell:

Cats cant even fathom the concept of not financing their oppressors:snoop:
We gotta start somewhere yall:snoop:

LOL, what the fukk ever, I don't buy Bullshyt randomly through out the year. If I choose to purchase a big ticket Item for myself, my moms, sis, cousins, whoever on Christmas then that's what I chose to do. You not fixing to sit here and tell me I can't save my money through out the year, and then purchase what I want one day out the year. That don't mean dropping 5 grand on a single day, but if I spend 800-1200 bucks, so be it.

Christmas is once a year. If it's really impacting your savings then you're fukking up and boycotting Christmas isn't going to improve your economic situation any.

Wow! This is sad. The one way we can fight the powers that be, folks clownin' it. If you're complainin' about white supremacy but turnin' around to fund the institution, you're part of the problem. And if you don't think there's a connection, just look up who invest in jails, for example.

This idea is not new and it's the only thing that has really worked for us. Boycottin' the bus system for just a year allowed Black folks to sit where ever we wanted. Beggin' didn't do that.

The system doesn't run without our support.

Holidays are really the only time my family gets together, especially now that everyone is getting older and doing their own thing. I like buying gifts and chilling with them. It's something that makes me happy so I can't see cutting it out at this time.

We can all go home now. Thread over.

What if you only buy from black owned businesses?
