Best I can afford is a Chevy Sonic, Chevy Spark, Nissan Versa, Nissan Sentra, Hyundai Elantra, Hyundai Sonata, or a Jetta or Passat. Or...I can buy a car for cash.

Damn a credit union and 7.09 percent that is terrible..what is the credit score looking like? You may want to work on it and try again at the end of the year and shop around at other credit unions
