He has no QB, a CB that is finished but is making mad paper and a team that lacks talent
I already told you. The team is bad and doesn't have talent. That is no excuse for them to be totally unprepared to play week in and week out, totally undisciplined and his in-game decisions are totally mindless it defies logic.

You brought me out of retirement no I wasn't I wanted Geno to start but from what I seen in that ravens although he was hurt, Geno doesn't look like an all pro qb. His ceiling at best is mid tier.
We're gonna see what Petty has two faults I seen with him is he throws the ball too fast after the hike, doesn't progress and look at other receivers. That can be fixed see what he has in the last 4 games.
Sheldon Richardson is gone after this season.

Idzik was brought in because Korn Ferry recommended him because they had ties to Carrol and Schneider in Seattle. With the parameters set by Woody he was the top candidate willing to come in and deal with it.
I don't know if he had the power to fire Bradway and company but I'm guessing no.

Teams draft players in the 2nd round to contribute now. If a team drafts a player in the 2nd round of the draft that means they are expecting him to play pretty quickly..

He was over drafted and everybody knows that and draft status never shows how quickly a player can contribute. A 5th round player can have a better rookie season than a 1st rounder, draft status never shows who can contribute right away.
