Just like you pay attention to football outsiders, agents and higher ups do too, so believe them numbers is skewed

That's funny, I think he's gonna be a terrible hire. He's only been a position coach in the NFL other than the short interim stint with the Broncos when McDaniels got shytcanned. Has he ever called plays? I doubt it. We are in desperate need of a guy who can work with and cultivate young QBs.

What if we hire one of these hot cats, McCoy, Turner or whoever and give them full control of the O with the ability to draft/trade up for/sign their QB.

Depends which QB they like and who's available. My gut says Maccagnan will go for the hail mary to try and save his job.

See, not sure that's necessarily true now. How many guys have we seen fired, only for the OC or DC to take the job. I know there was Koetter and Lovie in Tampa, and there was another team that it happened to recently (not Buffalo).

Everybody has to start from somewhere and its good they're thinking outside the box instead of goinh for the hot hire or repeating the same coaches.

I like that he has experience on defense, because to truly understand offense you gotta understand defense, and to understand defense you have to understand offense.

no idea. He liked Hackenberg so Im not exactly excited about him picking another QB.
