I think at this point, there's ZERO reason to play Fitz. He's by far the worst QB in the league.

However; it's only week 6. The season is far from over. Hell we saw a team last year go 1-5 and win 11 games. Do I think that's going to happen? Obviously not, but you can't totally give up on the season yet. You have to start Geno until the Jets lose 8 games. Once you lose 8 games you're pretty much eliminated from the playoffs. Once they get that 8th loss, Petty(or Hackenburg) should be the starter.

You don't put them on the field at the same time that's how.

You use them in rotation so they aren't fukking gassed. Every game our offense shyts the bed,our d line plays the entire game and the 2nd half they are gassed the fukk out and teams massacre us.

Playing them in rotation would A)remove sheldon from being ineffective due to playing out of position and B) help with the issues of them being gassed by keeping them fresh.

Our best defensive performance is still week 1,a week in which Mauldin was playing tons of snaps.


If Mauldin that bad,then give another OLB his reps. Sign Freddie bishop from the practice squad.

Playing sheldon out of position is not helping anybody.

you have to have them out there all at once.

sure this offense would work with a better qb...but to not have any able tight ends or fullbacks...but have 4 quarterbacks? this team is in the dumps

the season is over. The two year "competitive rebuild" looked fine last year with the easy schedule now looks terrible year 2. The Jets roster is awful and it's old. Woody needs to decide who's going to be in charge moving forward and give him full autonomy(whether it be a President of Football Ops, GM or Coach/GM) and find ways to get talent. The more draft picks you have the better odds you're playing in terms of getting talent. It's going to take multiple years to fix...but the spending/trading for large contracts and older players is the quickest way to hell.

I'm torn on starting Fitz the rest of the way. I almost wanna start him the rest of the way just to showcase how poor he is and play him out of the league. But at the same time, being spiteful would cost us a meaningful look at Geno/Petty (which should be our priority at this point).

PS - watch the Jets win the next 4, go into the BYE 5-5, come back from the BYE and get curbstomped by New England. Keep the false hope alive and the road to 7-9. Typical Jets.
