Facts breh! These a$$hole literally came and tried to throw around their weight by bidding on houses 50k+ over asking because they sold their shyt hole in NY for a mil.. Then wanna complain when they the ones who increased traffic and shyt.. Dude literally in paper mad cuz he cant flip people off cuz brehs got that act right riding shotgun LITERALLY..They can't leave fast enough, on my momma n dem. Brightline Train probably gottem scared too. Crossing the tracks is a scary task.

Be surprised a place called the Sunshine State is really hot 
this country has a large problem looming almost everywhere with property and casualty insurance and climate change. obviously coastal states will see the problems first, but this is going to continue to be a problem everywhere. whether it's wind, fire, earthquake, flood.
the government is going to have to step in or it's basically going to be a problem to live anywhere.
these insurance companies aren't actually there to insure anything and once they can't profit at record levels, they out or will scam.

My mom stay in Florida… she about to throw her house in the bushes because there’s too much maintenance involved in her neighborhood and homeowners insurance is through the roof. Apparently a buncha insurance companies left the state a couple of years ago so the ones around got a monopoly on prices.
