I was just talking with an agent who sent me an account that had 12 locations. All of them located in Mobile AL.

Had to decline that risk quick. No way she gonna find a suitable insurance option on that risk

My insurance went from 250 to 550 a month.

Home insurance...USAA does not do policies in FL anymore.

Tampa/Riverview is top 3 places in the USA for new traffic congestion and road rage.

Permit less open carry with drugged out cacs, feral puerto ricans, crackhead, crazy old racist people, and retarded NY people.

Best place in FL right now to jump in is Henrico, Lakeland, Wesley Chapel/Zephyrhills, and Dunedin.

Plant City is good if you like living in Mexico.

Most people think "it ain't that bad" or that they can "deal with it".

80 and humid in January ain't it. 97 and humid for 4 months straight ain't it. Your house being blown into the next county ain't it. A python teleporting into your tub or an alligator in your yard ain't it.

I went to Florida to my company's HQ in November and it was 80 something degrees. That was the icing on the cake for never moving there. If it is that hot during the winter, the summers must be hell.
