I still can't tell who's the actual grappler of the game, is it sonya, Jax, or Kano? I was thinking it would be Goro but.... nope

I don't recall MK ever having a grappler based character in the traditional sense like Zangief or Hugo.

Pretty much, sheeva kinda filled that role in mk9 and I played a bit of her.

Sony and Kano w/ the parry moves will dominate this area, I haven't seen enough of Jax to say, but I do remember the Quad Slam days of MK2.

From what I have seen of Jax, looks like he's going to have some combo streams similar to those of MK3, I saw that overhead stun and then the mini uppercut. But the Gotcha Grab has some other possibilities in itself, I wonder what the EX version of that will be.

Ferra/Torr and probably Kotal Kahn

Mileena has chain throws as well

Jax, Kotal Khan and Kano all have grappler variations

Kotal Khan plays like Grundy from Injustice

Jacqueline might also have a grappler variation but im not 100 on that

After seeing that Goro stream I pretty much know what to expect from Goro now. With the run button the stomps wont be much of a threat. And the stomps don't take off that much health. The Punch combo hits six times and after that he's open for attack. His dragon fireball thing seems like it can be ducked, and the ground pound move seems like it just works up close.

Yea perfects all around against goro now. This nikka thinks he's ultra hard mode. Only way you can beat Don mack is with chip damage cuz he blocks and dodges everything.

The fireballs the jab. You get fire balled into being programmed to duck then you get unblockable air stomped and duck as you get your head stuffed between your shoulders. We not even talkin about juggles yet. Stop it.

Any character looks weak when I'm not using them

No. He does not. He has a mere grappling string and grappling special. Jacqui doesn't have a "grappler variation" either. And Kotal plays nothing like Solomon. Where are you getting this from?

Kotal has a variation where he has grapple chains that can grant him buffs just like Grundy.

It's a tapping game and then you earn Koins, etc. to buy characters, upgrades things like that. Pretty fun I won't lie

It's just like the Injustice mobile game but who didn't expect that. I wanted the app unlocks for Injustice though, the Johnny Cage and Jax costumes don't really do it for me. Unless there's another skin to unlock I won't spend too much time on this

edit: just linked my account and saw there's also Klassic Mileena and Kitana. I guess I'm going in
