The claim would be to everyone involved that I can get my hands on. You sound crazy trying to tell me who to go after.
You can go after whom ever you want. Though a simple, your people's leaders willingly participated in it, pretty much shuts down your path towards getting reparations based off of slavery. Your circumstance is far different from those who are actual descendents of slaves. Your connection is tenuous at best.

If y'all supposedly know, then are y'all in here talking about Ghana more than the actual problem, which is America and much of the White society of the world refusing to recognize and acknowledge the evils of slavery and the damage it's left to those across the diaspora.

Ghana isn't the problem here; they're trying to shed light on the problems Black people, which includes Black Americans, have been facing due to the events of the TransAtlantic Slave Trade.

The America some of y'all keep beating your chests about how proud you are to be a part of is a leading face of the problem at hand. This is a common occurrence with some of you, whenever the finger is rightfully pointed at America and/or White society in general, y'all somehow manage to spin the conversation about Black people/Africans within the diaspora, which in turn absolves America/CACs of any criticism.

Right now, y'all should be speaking more about why America and these other European countries are the problem; Ghana isn't the issue here, speaking about them like they're the main adversary is ridiculous and makes little to no sense.
You not telling me shyt. Ghana should shut the fukk up before we sue them.

And I promise you, if were to do so, all the international lawgivers would stand on our side just to avoid and re-direct responsibility.

Not in this news. But presidents of Ghana in the past have called for reparations on behalf of Africans, not Black Americans.
If anybody here tries to suggest otherwise, they are lying. No African president is trying to steal Black American reparations
Then why is he leaving offerings at NYC's African Burial Grounds???? His area of concern should be the toursit trap at El Mina. Dont nobody wanna hear this shyt from people still benefitting from the TAST.

The funny thing about this is none of use were sold by our "people's leader" we were sold off by kingdom/nations we were already at war with, and lost too. Unless you guys think Africa is a monolith and kingdoms didn't have their own rules and hierarchy back then and everything was a free for all

People seems to understand this in the context of WW1 and WW2, I need everyone to think critically. Why would kingdoms/societies sell their own people to reduce man power? Do you understand how agrarian societies worked back then? You need people to work the fields or you cripple your local economy, selling off your own people sounds like an absolute recipe for disaster

Current Leadership

Clarke was born in Flatbush, Brooklyn, on November 21, 1964, to Lesley Clarke and former city councilwoman Una Clarke, both immigrants from Jamaica.[1][2] She graduated from Edward R. Murrow High School and earned a scholarship to enroll at Oberlin College in Ohio, which she attended from 1982 to 1986.[3] While studying at Oberlin, she spent a summer interning in the Washington, D.C. office of Representative Major Owens, where she told Roll Call that she worked on legislative issues involving Caribbean-American trade.[4][5]

In August 2006, Crain's New York Business and the Daily News reported that Clarke's Oberlin transcripts indicated that she had not graduated, contrary to what her campaign literature claimed.[6] Clarke initially said she thought she had earned sufficient credits to graduate from Oberlin, then later said she had completed her degree by attending courses at Medgar Evers College.[6] In 2011, Clarke suggested that she planned to finish her degree at Oberlin by completing independent academic projects.[7][8]

I'm sure some of you are going to be mad at whatever an African does. But I don't think majority of African Americans are mad at an African leader leaving offerings at NYC African burial grounds.
Point out the people still benefiting from TAST. Do you have any proof tying that man to the TAST ?

You sound like a white person, to be clear. Treat ppl decent and dont SELL THEM. That should be a baseline.

I don't know if they are really serious or they're just being mischievous. The transatlantic slave trade was very complicated. And they are here trying to act like they exactly who did what.

We don't even know if @Uachet 's ancestor was a renowned slave raider who ended up on the ship himself.
