My breh, I know you're plugged in on this stadium and the Falcons...by crew do you mean Smitty & his coaching staff or do you mean the entire front office? I wouldn't think Blank would want them back in the Georgia Dome at this rate, let alone near the Birds Nest

Personally the entire organizational structure needs to be destroyed even tho I know Rich McKay will survive this too. I'm open to every Falcons player being reevaluated and seeing what we could get back for them via trade. Destroy & rebuild

I've got some insight on the stadium. Not so much on the team so I don't want to put that out there.

McKay isn't really involved in football ops, he is handling the stadium and the relationship with the NFL.

I can't see how the HC or GM survive. All of this is more damning on the GM than the HC to me. I don't wish bad on anyone but I can't see them making it in any combo to 2015.

Mike Smith being fired is a given.

I'm worried about Blank giving Dimitroff another chance after having two shyt seasons in a row. If he isn't fired, no way in hell am I going to be optimistic going into the future.

Problem is, Dimitroff has been shyt for some years

He's failed on Sam Baker, Peria Jerry, Sean Weatherspoon...in retrospect the Julio Jones trade probably hurt the franchise overall too. The lack of depth is on TD, the lack of development (especially on defense) is on Smitty. They both need to be shown the door
